We had an issue on our end earlier today. Can you try again?

Hi Dburnglass,

I've just looked at your account, and all is well there. Please clear the browser cache, and then log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send. You may also want to try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).

Best,

Sara
