Adobe Send&Track not working, crashing the application Reader

I paid for PDF Pack, but track and trace never works. The program crashes all the time. I sent hundreds of crash reports and requests for help, but never got an answer.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please share the screenshot of the error you get, to share the screenshot, refer to How to share a document

As you mentioned that you are not using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe Send&Track, make sure that you are not using Acrobat to use the service as you are not subscribed to subscription/license of Acrobat. And if you are only subscribed for PDFPack services(current subscription on your Adobe ID) then the services can be used through a browser and with Adobe Reader.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not able to use the service of Adobe Send&Track as the application(Adobe Reader) is crashing while using the service of Send&Track, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to an active subscription of Adobe PDFPack on your current Adobe ID. With the Adobe PDFPack services, you can use the Adobe Send&Track to send and track files.

You can use the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/send on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

As you mentioned that an application is crashing, assuming you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Adobe Send&Track and the Reader is crashing.

Please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, then check for any pending updates of Reader from Help menu>Check for updates. You can also repair the installation files of Adobe Reader from Help menu>Repair installation(only for Windows). Restart the computer once after the installation and repair of Reader.

Try to send any file using Send&Track and see if there is any difference. You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

I did sign in correctly and not use the free version. I also sent you crash reports.
