Adobe Send & Track plug-in for Outlook 2016

Question

How do I add Adobe Send & Track plug-in for Outlook 2016, 32-bit? Microsoft does not support our version of Outlook 2013 anymore. We are using Windows 7 Professional. Here is a screenshot of the error, when attempting to install from the following link.

We are not able to purchase Adobe Send & Track, due to lack of support.

Considering that Microsoft has degraded support for Microsoft Office365, Outlook 2013, how is it that Adobe does not support Outlook 2016?
