Adobe Sign in error

When I sign into my Adobe account while trying to export a pdf file I get a dialogue box that simply says "error".  When I try to use the help pages, the chat icon does not respond.  Is it too much to ask for a number to talk to an individual.  At the rate I am going if there is another service out there that can export a pdf to word or excel I will gladly use it.

Make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support to use the Export PDF service Acrobat Reader Help | Export PDF from Acrobat Reader DC, previous version of reader no more support this functionality.

You can also use this service online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Thanks for the information.  Going to the website worked.  everything else I have tries does not.  But I can get what I need accomplished by using the link you supplied.
