Adobe Sign - Send in Bulk stuck on Processing

I was sending signature requests in Adobe Sign - Send in bulk and it keeps getting stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. I've also cleared browser, cache, signed in in a different computer and keeps happening.  I have to send out 600 and was able to send out 150.  I have Adobe Pro and it states the transacation limits are unlimited.  Please help. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

There was an outage that might have caused this behavior. Please try again after some time and check if you are still experiencing the same behavior. 

 

If the issue still happens, please check if it happens while using a particular file and make sure that you are not exhausting the transaction limit. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Use an alternate browser or a new incognito window on Chrome.
