AdobeExport-problem

Hi

I have logged on to my account and then I try to convert a pdf to doc.

I then get an error message that says a problem occured when logging in. Error 404

Please help

A 404 should certainly not occur when you try to sign in. Does the same thing happen when you go via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?
