Adoobe Cloud Comments and Highlights

I've noticed when I highlight something in Adobe Cloud, it disappears when I try to view/open again through the Browser. And only appears if I open in the Desktop app.

 

At the same time, comments that I've added in specific spots get all added to the top left of the page. How do I fix this "view" in the browser?

 

Screenshot shows the comment moved up to the corner.

This should not happen. Did you check if the comments appear when you click the comment tool?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the complete workflow.

Also, share the Acrobat and OS version details.
