After an update, I can't finish editing my PDF. I was almost done.

How do I go back to the old version to finish?

Why won't the new version let me do anything at all?

My bill for this was already paid last week.

    Hi Benh,

    Sorry for the delay in response to your query. As per the description above, you are not able to Edit the PDF file, Is that correct?

    As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF, Annual subscription on your Adobe Id.

    Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

    You cannot edit PDF files with Adobe Export PDF. You need Acrobat DC to edit PDF files. For more info: Using Adobe Export PDF

    You cannot edit PDF files with the free desktop version of Adobe Reader.

    To use the service, log into your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

    You may also download the Adobe Reader(Free Adobe desktop app) to use the service: PDF reader, PDF viewer | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
