Hi Robertd,

As per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDf file into Excel as you get a file without text, Is that correct?

Please try to export the PDF into excel using your online account, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and check.

You may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to export the PDF, to download Adobe Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

You may also refer to the following link for more information: Export PDF to Excel comes up empty  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2307984

If the issue still persists,  try to export a different PDF file in excel and check.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
