after converting from pdf to excel, tables are not intact and not divided according to columns

I tried to convert multi pages pdf file which has multi columns,after conversion it is not in same format as it was in pdf

Happy New Year Florence.
I am having the same issue when I convert my PDF to Excel in Acrobat Pro 10.0.0 on the Mac running OS X Yosemite. I converted the PDF to Excel (xlsx) for about 3 weeks and although it had some minor formatting issues it did honor about 95% of the columns I had defined and I was able to use it. It last worked on 12/19/14. I am trying to do the same export in the same way 2 weeks later and it is not honoring my columns or most of the formatting. Has something changed recently? Is there a workaround for this or a fix?
