After exporting a .PDF file online and downloading it, the resulting .DOC or.DOCX file is blank.

Text does show up on part of the first page, then after that, the pages area all blank.

After exporting a .PDF file online and downloading it, the resulting .DOC or .DOCX file is nothing but blank pages.

Hi Larryb82245658,

As mentioned above, you did try the conversion online so have you checked with a different web browser? If not, then for testing purpose you may try the conversion online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/ through a different web browser.

Also, check with the different file and see if that is also coming up blank after converting it to Word doc.

You can also try with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC (if you have installed).
