Please let us know if you are trying to access the service through a desktop application or an Acrobat Online account.

If you are using the desktop application, try the troubleshooting steps suggested below:

 

 Check for Updates: Ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates.


 Language Settings: Ensure that the language of the Acrobat or Acrobat Reader application is set to English, French, or German. 

- Go to Preferences > Language > Application Language.

- Select Choose at application startup.

- Restart Adobe Acrobat and choose English when prompted.

 

Reinstall the Application: Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve issues. Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3UCB6Zm).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4fuxq3Z.
