all comments and notes are gone

I have used the acrobat on my ipad yesterday and made some comments and notes in the file and saved a copy to the document cloud. Today I opened the file from the document cloud, all comments and notes I have made are gone and cannot be recovered, very disappointed as it took me three hours yesterday to make those notes, support staff saying that they have reached the end of service on this product and didn't help at all. will never use this product again.

    Currently having the same issue, I used it to complete a 75+ page study guide from last night that took 5 hours. All gone this morning. I have been looking for a few hours for a solution, I guess I am not getting one.
