All files in Document Cloud is gone.

Hi. After restoring my password all my files in document cloud is gone.

I had a lot of files and have not deleted it myself. I hope that someone can help me with this.

Hi Kjetil101,

Could you please try accessing the following link in a Web Browser, login into your account ( if required) and check if the files are visible under Document Cloud?

Can't find any documents when I use the link you provided. I am sorry to say that the only message is this: "There is no files in document cloud".

Could you please let me know if it is a desktop computer or a mobile device you are trying to access Document Cloud on?

Which Operating System -Windows/Mac?

The application installed on your computer- Adobe Acrobat/ Acrobat Reader?

Do you have any other Adobe ID?
