All files lost

Today I tried to read a document on my iPad. First acrobat app forced me to change the password. Once I reset it i opened the app and I got a glimpse of my old files and poof... all gone. Nothing available online or iPad or anywhere. I looked at other discussions and tried to look at workspaces.acrobat.com.

Nothing there either. Some of these files are really important and I stored them because I thought acrobat is a reliable. I am very anxious. Would appreciate anyhelp.
