Am I allowed to buy adobe acrobat standard version online and resell it to one of my customers ? (Background: there is a problem, all the adobe resellers in Morocco are not able to deliver, for some reason)

I have a customer that asked me for Adobe Acrobat. I went to two local resellers, there is apparently a problem with the adobe liscences at the moment. The resellers won't sell !

Am I allowed to buy a licence online, pay it with a credit card and resell it to my client?
