It sounds like you may have downloaded the Reader app for mobile, is that correct? And did you also purchase a subscription for either ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack from within Reader? (I checked your account, but don't see any order history, so if you purchased a service, it must have been done via the Reader mobile app--and would be handled through the App Store, rather than Adobe.)

Tell me more about the service that you purchased a subscription for, and I can provide some getting-started information if you'd like.

(If you didn't purchase a subscription, no worries. You don't need one to use the free Reader app.)
