An error occurred during the submit process. Unknown failure

I am trying to submit adobe form using HTTP Submit(xml). It will submit a form to a self hosted WCF service. It is working correctly when open PDF file in Internet explorer and submit. But when open the same file in Adobe reader there is following error in submit "An error occurred during the submit process.  Unknown failure."
