"An error occurred while signing in". I get this every time I try to save my filled in forms. Never used to. It's just started happening. Have done the "repair download" bit, but to no avail. Please help.

    Hi rednch,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in. Please try the following:

    • Clear the browser cache and try again.
    • Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
    • If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.
