Trying to convert PDF file to Word. Have successfully done so up to last week until we started experiencing an an error "An error occurred while trying to access the service"

Please can you kindly advise on possible issue?

Hi quantum recruitment,

Are you trying to access the service via a  web browser or via Adobe Reader? If you're using a browser, please clear the cache, and try again, or try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com

or a list of supported browsers).

If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version of Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.09.

Hi, thank you for your response. It works perfectly fine when accessing via the web browser.

However, even updating to the latest version of Reader 11.09.09 the error still persists.

Given the nature of some documents which are edited - i wouldnt want all users to access this via the web.

Any other thoughts?

Hi Quantum Recruitment,

Just last week there was another update to Reader. The current version is 11.0.10. Can you please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and see if you can access the service without error from that version?
