Since I upgraded my Adobe Suite I now can not convert files to Word documents. The following message appears: An error occurred while trying to access the service

    Hi Kimc,

    We see that you have upgraded the plan form Export PDF to PDF Pack. PDF Pack is also part of "Document Cloud PDF Services", so there shouldn't be any problem accessing the service after upgrading the plan.

    1- If you are trying to access the service online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  then you may check with a different web browser. Or you may turn the internet security software off for a while (If any) and check.

    2- Check with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
