"An error occurred while trying to access the services"

When I try to save my file to Acrobat.com I receive this error. I've tried from Adobe Reader XI on Windows 8.1,  Adobe Reader for Android, and from web.

All updated to the latest version. I receive the same error on all devices.

Note that the file size is around 57 megabytes however much smaller files successfully uploaded (below 2 megabytes).

Could any one help me with this? Thanks.
