Annual Subscription Refund

I no longer use Adobe products and just cancelled my account. Today is Jan 11, 2024 and I am within the 14 days of being charged (Jan 6, 2024) and I want confirmation that my account will be refunded the Annual Subscription.

 - I could not find a place to request a refund on the Adobe Site. 

 - I could not find a posted email or phone number for Annual Subscription members. 

 - Adobe's Virtual Assitant was useless and kept pointing me to Transaction History. 

 

I don't use their products and do not want to pay for another year of apps that won't even be installed but I've already been charged. 

Any help is greatly appreciated (unless you direct me to another FAQ/knowledge base page on Adobe's website).
