When I try to convert a PDF to Excel I get "an error occured while trying to access the service".

    We've been looking into this but don't have any answer yet. As far as we can tell, nobody else is running into the problem.

    Could you...?

    1. Please try going to cloud.acrobat.com from another computer.
    2. Please try it from a computer not on the same network as the one you're using. Is this happening from your work computer? It would be interesting to know if it works for you from home.
    3. Try using Firefox's Private Browsing mode (or Chrome's Incognito Window). And copy/paste the URL -- don't just click on Sara's link. (That shouldn't make a difference, but I'm trying to rule out every possibility!)
