Application asking to subscribe when try to edit PDF

Question

I have paid for "Complete" maybe more than once, but it keeps asking be to subscribe every time I try to edit a PDF.
I thought I bought it ALL.

Thank you for reaching out.

If you still experience issues in accessing the subscription version of the application, try removing the application using the following steps:

- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
