application was unable to start correctly (0x000003e)

my pdf file are not opening at all. it will pop up the subject above. i tried to remove the programm and install again from this: https: //get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ ans then i can finally open up my file. but on the nest day the same problems occured. help please ~
