Question

Are my files still on Adobe server?

I logged onto my Adobe Pro online from a new work computer. There were many old pdfs that I had worked on over the years which I don't want saved on any cloud or server. The are not listed in my Creative Cloud just on my Home recent list. If I can open them up on a new computer then the pdfs must be on Adobe's server. I want to delete these completely, but the only option is to remove them from the recent list.

Does anyone know how to completely delete the pdfs from Adobe's possession? It is not their property. Some of them involve criminal investigations and they need to be completely deleted not just removed from the recent list. I am trying this before I call them.

Hi jtspires,

Thank you for reaching out.

You may delete the document on the Acrobat Online account using the following steps:

1. Open the Acrobat online account:

2. Go to Documents > Your Documents.

3. Select the file from the list that appears

4. Select Delete from the options provided in the right-hand window.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
