ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

This company is a joke!! No way to contact support systems. I keep getting sent to a COMMUNITY FORUM when in reality there should be dedicated people to assist with simple tasks. That is the reason we pay for their services. What a waste. Here I was testing this out for a huge potential company contract and the lack of user interface help has completely rendered this business useless for our Hotel needs.

There is no description as to why there is a conversion failure with files

No assistance with upload errors or user error notifications

No simple access to canceling paid subscriptions

There is, but you need to select the correct product. If you select a free product like Adobe Reader you'll get redirected to the forums, as Adobe doesn't offer phone support for these applications. If you have a subscription or a sales question then you should be able to get through to an agent. To be honest, though, you're more likely to get an informed reply here...

Anyway, here's their phone number for the US:

Adobe Customer Care: 800-833-6687 [Moderator: If you don't have a subscription you will be asked to visit forums ]
