At a loss.

I'm at a loss. I signed up and paid the $89.95 via credit card. Got an email. Clicked on the link.

Answered the questions. I have an account and I can sign in. When I sign in there are no

products shown and no orders listed. I do not want to pay again. What should I do?

    Was it an Adobe PDF Pack subscription that you purchased? What happens when you go to https://cloud.acrobat.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password?

    I get this message

    Adobe PDF Pack

    With a Subscribe Now button.

    Also, I do not see the charge on my credit card. And, when I clicked

    on the par now, or what ever it was called, The little timer wheel spun

    around until it timed out. I did, however, get an email.

    It certainly sounds like there may have been a hiccup in your account processing, since you haven't seen the charge come through on your card.
