    Hi trouble logging in,

    I checked your account and everything looks fine there. What happens when you log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com?

    Hi Sara,

    I get the same error massage when I try to log in in my ExportPDF and when I try to access cloud.acrobar.com.

    Hi Michaelohehir,

    Are you also getting a 404 error, or a different error message? What happens when you try to log in to the service via Adobe Reader?
