Attempting to Merge Adobe.com Accounts

Can anyone help me with merging my accounts?  I have this account that I am able to log onto, but none of my history is linked to this account.  When I attempted to register again to see if it would link the two, I received the message that an account already exists with that serial number.  Can anyone assist, please?  Thanks, jeb
