Auto Fill Message & Subject Lines

I send PDF docs out using Adobe Document Cloud and very often I add the same message to each.  Is there a way of Auto Filling the Subject & Message boxes to save time.  In other words, can I enter a standard message (which I can occasionally tweak to suit individual customers)?  Thanks in anticipation.
