Auto renewal problems

Without my knowledge i was being charged monthly for the PDF service. I needed to use it just for a month and never used the app ever since. Its been 3 times that i was charged for it. Why didnt i get any email regarding them? I would like my money back for the last 3 automatic renewals. The way your company signed me up for the automatic renewal and took money from is shady and unacceptable. Please refund me the money.
