Automatic Computerized Scanner Software

Hello Everyone! 

Im wondering if anyone has come accross a software that will scan files in a folder/destination, and it will search for specific fields to be filled or blank. 

High volume of documents, that need to be checked, computerized scanner auditing them could help a TON! Almost like a plagerism checker.
