automatically add contact info to adobe sign

Anyone know how to automatically add your contact info to the bottom of the message when sending PDF documents via Adobe Sign?

Hey Irene,

While sending a PDF file via Adobe Sign you can compose the message and add your contact information.

However, it can not be set to default to use further.
