batch ocr pdf files

Can multiple PDFs being selected at one time and OCR'd to create a searchable library of PDF documents? I have several binders of legal forms I have created over the years and want to scan them and create a PDF library, but I  need the ability to search the files (in addition to an organize folder structure).
