Bate Stamp Shortcut Keys or properties box shortcut options

Is there short-cut keys that will open the add bates dialog box > add > choose saved/default format > and quickly insert cursor in bate box to add numbers... I do this a lot with Adobe Pro and it is very time consuming. Any sort of short cut, quick bate option would be a daily life changer.
