beim export eines PDF in word, nach druck auf konvertieren kommt fehlermeldung "fehler bei der anmeldung"=> abhilfe?

As per the description above, you are getting activation failed error, is that correct?

Are you getting the error message when printing the PDF file or getting the error message when converting a PDF file into Word?

Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error you are getting? To share the screenshot, please refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Try converting the PDF file to word through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC and then check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates and see if this fixes the issue.

For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
