Being charged annually for Adobe Export pdf but have never been able to use it. On logging in have I no "plan" to change

Charged for this product, never used it and now cannot use it.

Logging in to adobe does not show that I even have this product?

    Perhaps you were logged on with a different Adobe ID when you paid for it. Check the original email or order for an email address or Adobe ID.

    No I have logged on and and can my order but cannot do anything else. Its as if the order was never processed?
