As per your account information this is correct that you have subscribed for the Adobe Export PDF service.

As per the description given above, I assume that you are working with the Adobe Acrobat DC not Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application?

To use or access your subscription, you need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
