    Hello Bernardc,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe ExportPDF, would you mind sharing more details on the error you are getting?

Are you getting no internet connection error while accessing the Adobe ExportPDF service? The record shows that you are subscribed to the Adobe ExportPDF service.

Try accessing the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For no internet connection error, you can refer and try the troubleshooting steps Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader to access ExportPDF service, then sign out from Adobe Reader, reboot the machine. Launch Adobe Reader and sign back in and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try exporting the PDF file.

You can also refer to and try the help article Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
