My credit card statements keep coming in from Adobe billing me $19.99 / month. I log into my FREE on-line Adobe account that confirms I am signed up for free plan.

Call the number listed on the credit card statement 800-833-6687 (California) and get the announcement "All circuits are busy."

HELP!!!!

Hi bigkidsf,

I've checked your account; I don't see that you have any subscriptions under the email address that you use here in the forums.

So, I'm guessing that you might have used a different email address to sign up.

That said, the only free option that we have for Acrobat.com is for online storage--the other Acrobat.com services, such as ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack have a fee associated with them, as does a monthly subscription to Acrobat.

Because I don't see any order history under your email address, I would urge you to Contact Customer Care via phone or chat to see if an agent can help you track down where the charge is coming from. (You can use the Chat option if you're still unable to get through on the phone.)

Best,

Sara
