Bom dia! Está cobrando na minha fatura um valor de 86,00, e eu não possuo nenhum plano assinado. Como proceder para cancelar esse valor da minha fatura? Fico aguardando retorno. Obrigada.

Please let us know if you are using an alternate email address.
