Billing Issues - Adobe Acrobat
Greetings,
We are actually in the middle of conversation with the support team but it was ended suddenly without farewell remarks.
Anyway, my subject is quite bothering since I tried to explore the product in a trial version, hoping to understand and use the product for future tasks. It doesn't open due to "error' opening the said product.
I tried to re-opening a few times, but to no avail. I am trying to unsubscribe but there was no un-subscription button to do it. Past the grace due, billing comes from time to time...
Could you rather please arrange the issue?
