Blank Online Websiter

Hello all,

Since the past 2 weeks, we are experimenring a blank page in Adobe Acrobat Online Webpage every time we need to access to the application to review documents, create templates, make an e-sign document,... Mostly, we cannot acces to the website online, an the installed application does not have all the features.
May someone help us with this, please?

  1. Version of the app: online website, https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
  2. Platform and OS version; Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64x
  3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: I log in or access the website and always appears in blank.
  4. Expected result and actual result: I try to go inside the website to work with the application and I cannot access anything, it is a blank page.
