Blank screen on the Document Cloud page

When I share documents through  https://documentcloud.adobe.com it goes to a blank screen.  I've been using Adobe Pro with shared docs links for a while and have never had this problem before.  I've tried open in Google brownser and Microsoft edge, but it didn't work. On my phone works neither. I need help.
