Bookmarks are lost in cloud, even they are in original, set up in initial view with and saved in document cloud

Bookmarks are lost in cloud, even they are in original, set up in initial view with, and saved in document cloud. In past I've tried linked from Facebook, using Adobe Muse, and also had no bookmarks when linked.
