Hi karyns34313389,

I tried replicating this issue at my end and i couldn't do so. Please let me know if you are facing this issue with specific pdf files or with any pdf files you combine through Acrobat.com?

I would recommend you to click 'Enable all features' button on the yellow ribbon after downloading the file from Acrobat.com, this would enable the bookmark option on the left hand side. Don't see any yellow ribbon? Please let me know.

Please reply back for any further assistance.

Regards,

Rahul

I do not use Acrobat.com. I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed on my machine. I use the "combine files into PDF" feature. I get the top level bookmarks for each PDF, but not the rest of the levels within each individual PDF.

The walkaround is: Open a PDF, then add the rest of the PDFs to the end of the document. Then remove the .PDF at the end of each top-level bookmark. This is more work, but it achieves the desired outcome. However, we have taken a step backward with the Acrobat limitation.
