Bought Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student an Teacher edition BY MISTAKE Staples will not refund my 150.00 (I had open the box). Is there something I can do, I dont Have an ID to install this software?

Your new version of Adobe Acrobat (download) did not want to work (very strange). I had been using the reader for both home and work for years. Can I uprate some how even if I cannot install the one I have?

    You have got a redemption code in the box (alpha numeric number) , there shall be a document also with a link to go log in & redeem the code & get the serial number. You do have an Adobe ID with the email provided here & the customer number is 416011034.

    I'm not sure what that policy is on that, but I suggest that you Contact Customer Care. An agent will let you know what your options are.
