Bought wrong product

I was attempting to open Acrobat and IE files and I thought Adobe Acrobat would help.  Obviously I purchased the wrong product and would like a refund.

    I'm sorry that the ExportPDF subscription didn't work out for you. I've canceled your subscription, and set the refund process in motion (confirmation: 0283046810).

    If you just need something to open PDF files, you can get the free Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.
